Fall harvest week

We celebrated apples and pears and pumpkins!

We did crafts, and made an apple pie!

We found a tiny pumpkin and did a science study!

We even visited a few orchards and farm markets; and picked our own apples!

Lets bake cookies!

Cupcake Decorating

Today, we went to Lancaster Cupcake for a special storytime and cupcake decorating time!

 They read "Llama Llama, Giving Thanks" and then we made pie cupcakes!

Squid had lots of fun.

And the cupcake was DELICIOUS!

Pompom Quiches

Why, yes.  I did give my toddler a piece of plastic trash (from the frozen mini quiches) and some pompoms to keep him busy.

It worked and I'm proud of it.

We actually do a lot of pompom cooking.  Pompom soup is particularly popular.
